President & CEO
Greetings! My name is Casey. I have over 20 years of experience in customer service. After six years of volunteering at Elizabeth Ann’s Rest Home in Kingston, MA during my youth, and another six years in the work force I took time off from my career to raise my children and further my education. As a homemaker, college student, and stay at home mother raising children, I mastered the ability to organize multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining my patience and my good temper.
I have earned an Associates degree in Accounting and I am currently just a few credits shy of my Bachelors.
In April 2011 I received a Nomination for membership in the Kaplan University chapter of The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, in recognition of my commitment to the ideals of scholarship, leadership & service.
Also, during my employment with Sykes Xbox chat support I was ranked number 7 out of nearly 800 customer service employees for the year of 2014. This resulted in an invitation from Microsoft for me to visit their campus in Seattle, WA. They flew me out to meet with their executives so that I could provide feedback on how to better serve their customers, and how Microsoft could better accommodate their support staff.
I am passionate about people & very detail oriented. At the end of the day I take pleasure knowing that I have done a job well.
